vulnlog suppress
vulnlog suppress <file> [--reporter <type>] [filter flags] [-o <path>]When --reporter is specified, generates a single suppression file.
When omitted, generates for all reporter types found in the vulnerability reports.
Output path: --output flag or default for the reporter type.
--output is only valid with --reporter.
